We loved our 4 days at Villa Santa Mafalda. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy lovely local wine, and spend time with friends and family. Eugenia was the perfect host. We can’t wait to come back and we won’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a villa break.  The views are to die for!

Our first experience of the Douro Valley. It’s been unusually hot (37º) and the pool has been phenomenal. The views and villa are amazing and Eugenia keeps it so well maintained and has looked after us excellently. We enjoyed a trip to the Valeira dam by boat for a whole day (well worth doing). The rest of the time we never moved from tis wonderful villa. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home.
