Eugenia is available to prepare your lunch or dinner whenever you want. You just need to advise her with a couple of days in advance.

The traditional recipes of the Douro will be prepared by the hands of a Chef of the region, which will serve an exclusive dinner at home. The typical flavours, together with the savoir faire, will invade your holiday villa…

 

1) TASTING MENU 

Starters
Carpaccio of “Maronesa” veal, slices of Terrincho cheese, arugula and olive paste
Cod fish tartar, chickpea and watercress
Creamy carrot soup with basil olive oil

Main course
(select one fish and one meat)
Cod fish with cornbread crust, coulis of peppers
River fish on a bed of “migas lagareiras”
River trout in marinade, Galician olives vinaigrette, coriander and oxheart tomato
Iberian pork confit, creamy rice and red wine reduction
