Museu de Lamego
In the former Episcopal Palace of Lamego, there is today a museum that has kept all its palatial trace. A wide collection with an exceptional heritage value is here gathered, particularly the “national treasures”. Historic paintings, tapestries, frescoes in the chapel’s ceiling, are just a few examples of the many pieces of art that carry an identity that transcends the Portuguese boundaries.
